The Family
SFIZIO was opened over 9 years ago by a family from the South of Italy; Two Brothers, Giancarlo and Franco, along with Cousin Riccardo.
The brothers and cousin are carrying on the family traditions of being Chefs and Wine Makers. All of them have a background in catering and Ricardo has been making bread and trained as a Pizza chef at the age of just 13!
SFIZIO pride themselves on preparing traditional Italian cuisine using the finest seasonal, fresh, local ingredients. All our dishes are made on the premises, never brought in frozen from a wholesaler.
The Brothers/Cousins welcome families and enjoy the visits of children of every age. SFIZIO is probably one of the few Italian restaurants in the area run by Italian staff, with all of the chefs also being Italian.
